What so difficult about posting embed videos on your blog ? You just get a hold of the “embed” code, and you paste it somewhere in your post, and there it is ! Video ready !
The code has to be pasted in HTML, like in these comments.

You need to use the official wordpress video embed. You need to click the video icon at the top right on your write page (it’s next to add media) a pop up opens and there’s a field where you add the URL of the video (not the full embed code just the url!) The program then adds the embedded video.
